Abstract The paper presents the results of a study strawberry genotypes (Fragaria L.) by characteristics endophytic microbiota and genetic determinants resistance to fungal pathogens. Highly adaptive were identified: F. virginiana Duch. ssp. platypetala, orientalis Los., ovalis Rydb., moschata Duch., 298-19-9-43, Urozhaynaya CGL, Flora, Privlekatelnaya Troitskaya. These forms are characterized high frequency testing bacterial microbiota, which suppresses wild platypetala is red stele root rot ( Rpf1 gene).
